摘要
宁波市实行按服务单元结合单病种结算为主的医保付费方式,随着医药卫生体制改革的发展,已不适应改革的需要。为确保医疗保险制度的可持续发展,必须在总结既往付费方式经验的基础上,进一步完善医疗保险付费方式。本文通过对宁波市区目前医保付费方式的分析,提出改革与完善的建议。
The medicare payment combine service units with DRGs is implement in Ningbo city, but is no longer meet the need of medicare reform for its rapidly development. To ensure the sustainable development of medicare insurance system, we should summarize the experience of previous payment method, and to further improve the medical insurance payment. This paper will analysis the medicare payment in Ningbo city, and then offer suggestions for medicare reform and improvement in future.
