摘要
为弄清大方县新一轮规划后城乡建设用地的空间动态变化,采用Moran’s I指数法,从空间计量经济学角度对比分析了大方县规划基期和规划末期城乡建设用地的动态变化。结果表明:全局Moran’s I指数检验,在规划期间大方县各村的城乡建设用地表现出较强的空间自相关性,逐渐呈现出显著的空间集群状态;局部Moran’s I指数检验,在土地利用总体规划的指导下,大方县36个乡镇381个村的城乡建设用地随时间推移表现出较强的活力,村镇数量的逐渐增多,其覆盖范围逐渐增大,使得原先小规模的村镇建设逐渐向以大方镇为核心,多乡镇并进的方向发展,利于具有山地和少数民族特征的大方县城镇化发展,符合大方县打造"一城一区八园"战略规划。
To explore the dynamic spatial change of urban and rural construction land after a new round of programming,the Moran’s index method was used to analyze the dynamic change of urban and rural construction land in the base period and final period of the project in Defang County from the view point of spatial econometrics.Results： in the planning period urban and rural lands in various villages showed strong spatial autocorrelation in the global Moran’s index test,and gradually performed significant spatial cluster status;while in the local Moran’s index test,under overall land use planning guidance,the urban and rural construction land in 36 towns and 381 villages in Defang County showed very strong vigor with time,the coverage area increased with towns and villages increasing,which made the small scale construction step into Defang cored and multiple town assisted development process.It was beneficial for urbanization development of Defang County with features of mountains and minority,and was in accordance with strategic planning of ＂one city,one district and eight gardens＂ in Dafang County.
