本文探索将西方产业组织理论的SCP范式与制度因素相结合,研究我国债券市场的制度、行为与绩效,探讨影响债券市场发展的主要因素,提出提高市场绩效、促进市场发展等相关政策建议。
The paper explores into combining the SCP paradigm of the western theory on industrial organization with system fac- tors, studies system, conduct and performance of China＇s bond market, discusses main factors affecting the development of the bond market, and puts forward related policy recommendations such as improving market performance and promoting market development and so on.
