摘要
本文以门座起重机臂架变幅机构为刚性体,建立其数学系统模型,运用分析软件对其对重平衡和组合臂架重心以及整个变幅机构重心进行运动学计算和数据归纳,准确总结出变幅机构变幅过程中变幅系统对重平衡等各重心位移变化情况,为门座起重机变幅系统平衡性能和吊点货物移动的稳定的优化设计提供数学模型基础.
This paper refers to jib luffing mechanism of cantilever crane of the portal cranes as a rigid body, on the basis of which mathematical system model is established, and carries on kinematics calculations and data reduction on counterbalancing and the gravity of the combination jib as well as the gravity of the entire luffing mechanism by means of analyzing software. The paper accurately sums up gravity displacement changes of the luffing system counterbalancing in the process of luffing mechanism, which provides the basis of the mathematical model for the system balance of the luffing performance of the portal cranes and the stable optimal design of lifting-point movement of goods.
