摘要
随着国家和社会对"三农"问题的不断重视,新生代农民工这一弱势群体关于的就业培训问题给学术界带来了巨大的挑战。通过归纳整理近年来国内外的相关文献,重点对新生代农民工培训的内涵、政策、体系、模式进行了梳理。
