摘要
目的通过分析中国疾病预防控制中心昌平园区部分生物安全实验室温度较高的原因,提出可能的解决对策。方法根据实验室的类型、送排风系统的方式、南北朝向、室内散热设备数量、实验室温度等数据进行统计分析。结果主要原因是由于采用两管制中央空调系统设计,无法满足不同区域对中央空调负荷的不同要求,以及室内散热设备多、南侧的实验室影响,造成部分实验室温度高于标准1~5℃。结论应根据不同原因,采取有效可行的对策,逐步解决生物安全实验室温度较高的问题,提高昌平园区中央空调系统运行管理水平,并为今后生物安全实验室的设计和建设提出一些可借鉴的地方。
Objective To analyze the reasons for biological safety laboratory of high temperature in the Changping campus of the China CDC, propose possible solutions. Methods The data was statistically analyzed including the types of laboratory, air supply and exhaust system, direction, number of indoor thermal equipments and laboratory temperature. Results The reasons of high temperature in laboratory mainly included the design of central air - conditioning system with two control, unable to meet the different requirements for the central air conditioning load of different regions, and indoor ther- mal equipment, on the south side of the laboratory, so that the laboratory temperature was 1 -5℃ higher than the stand- ard. Conclusion It' s suggested to take effective and feasible measures for solving the problem of high temperature of bio- logical safety laboratory, improve management level of the Changping campus running of central air - conditioning system, and put forward some reference for design and construction of biological safety laboratory in the future.
