摘要
针对目前越来越多的企业引入网络直销所造成的复杂的库存控制及需求分配状况,提出了基于客户满意度的库存及分配策略。以最小化系统总成本及最大化时间满意度为目标建立双目标非线性整数约束规划模型,并提出了基于精英重组的混合多目标进化算法。算例仿真证明了双目标模型较之单目标模型结果更优,算法在解的质量及效率上均具有明显的优越性,关键参数的敏感性分析为企业优化决策提供了重要结论及有效依据。
For the complex inventory control and demand distribution caused by introducing network sale, a satisfaction based inventory and distribution strategy was proposed. A bi-objective nonlinear integer constraint programming model was established to minimize the system cost and maximize the time satisfaction, the elite recombination based hybrid multi-objective evolutionary algorithm (ERHMEA) was proposed. Numerical simulation proves the bi-objective model is better than single ones. The algorithms show obvious superiority in both solution quality and efficiency, and the sensi- tivity analyses of key parameters provide important conclusions and effective bases for enterprises to optimize their decision-making.
