摘要
针对低C/N值城市污水,构建了两级A/O填料型膜生物反应器工艺,并在污水处理厂开展了近8个月的现场试验。该工艺对COD、氨氮和总氮的去除效果良好,在分流比为30%、回流比为300%、水力停留时间为10 h时,出水COD、氨氮和总氮浓度均达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中的一级A标准,出水总磷浓度可达到二级标准。两级A/O、反硝化除磷与同步硝化反硝化的共同作用使工艺的整体性能得到强化。
A pilot-scale two-stage A/O membrane bioreactor (MBR) packed with carriers was constructed to treat municipal wastewater with low C/N ratio at a wastewater treatment plant. After operation for nearly 8 months, the results showed that the concentrations of COD, NH4+ - N and TN in the effluent met the first level A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). The following operating parameters were used: 30% diversion ratio, 300% return ratio and 10 h hydraulic retention time. The effluent TP concentration reached the second level criteria. The two-stage A/O, denitrifying phosphorus removal and simultaneous nitrification and denitrification strengthened the overall performance of the process.
