认为经济结构不合理、资源配置效率低和经营机制不活是国有煤炭企业效益不高的重要原因。提出调整资产结构,建立资产流动重组机制;调整产业产品结构,实现多元化经营;调整劳动力结构、搞好下岗分流和再就业工作是国有煤炭企业内部经营结构调整的三个重要内容。
The article takes it for granted that the major causes for the low economic efficiency of stateowned coal mines lie in the irrational industrial structure, irrational dispo sition of resources and inflexible business operation mechanism. The article the refore proposes to implement readjustment of capital structure, establish capital floating or restructuring mechanism, readjust industrialproduct structure, realize diversified economy operation, rearrange labour structure and reemploy ment. These will be the major fields in which much can be done for internal economic restructuring in state owned coal mines.
