摘要
采用松香与甘油合成松香甘油酯,并与聚氨酯预聚物、环氧树脂及溶剂、固化剂和填料为主要原料,制备了一种双组份混凝土基层封闭底涂。讨论了松香甘油酯转化率、固含量、PU/EP含量、NCO指数、填料含量对于其粘结强度的影响。
The rosin glyceride was synthesized by rosin and glyceride. Then two-component sealing primer for con- crete was synthesized by the rosin glyceride, polyurethane prepolymer, epoxy resins, solvent, curing agents and fillers as the main raw material. The effect of conversion rate of rosin glyceride, solid content, content of PU/EP, NCO index and content of filler on the bond strength were discussed.
