摘要
矿井通风阻力测定是煤矿通风管理工作的重要组成部分,它通过测定井巷始末断面的风流参数,依据能量方程计算井巷的通风阻力。为了掌握赵楼煤矿通风系统阻力分布情况,为下一步通风系统优化工作提供数据基础,选择两条主测路线和两条辅测路线,采用精密气压计逐点法对赵楼煤矿进行了阻力测定。计算结果表明:进回风路段通风阻力比例较高,主要原因是进回风巷部分路段杂物堆积严重,且回风段风量过于集中,风速超限,风阻较大;矿井等积孔为6.13 m2。
Resistance measurement is an important part of the coal mine ventilation management which was calculated by airflow parameters of the begin- ning and end section and the energy equation. In order to understand the resistance distribution of ventilation system and provide essential basic data for the ventilation system optimization, two main test route and two auxiliary measurement route was selected, point- by -point method of precise barometer was used to do the ventilation resistance measurement. The results show that : The resistance is mostly concentrated in the section of the intake and return air way, The main reason is that partial section was filled with miscellany, and amount of wind is concentrated on return air way, the wind speed is high and the wind resistance is large; The equivalent orifice is 6. 13 m2.
