The water and soil conservation planning for Shenyang during the 12th Five-year Panning period has defined the development direction for the coming five years. It will make classification for water and soil loss, work out planning objective, and make specific planning for ecologic restoration, preventive preservation, supervising management, comprehensive treatment and monitoring water and soil conservation with a total investment of 278 million Yuan.
