摘要
目的探讨乳晕边缘切口在远离乳晕的乳腺纤维瘤手术中的应用效果。方法将我院乳腺外科2010年1月～2012年12月收治的100例乳腺纤维瘤患者随机分为乳晕边缘切口手术组和放射形切口手术组各50例,并进行相应的手术,术后对不良反应、并发症、患者满意度、瘢痕大小进行比较。结果乳晕边缘切口手术组不良反应发生率为2.08%,并发症为0,瘢痕≤0.2 cm占76%,明显低于放射形切口手术组,术后3个月患者满意度为100%,明显高于放射形切口手术组。结论乳晕边缘切口在远离乳晕的乳腺纤维瘤手术中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study the effect of areola margin incision in the treatment of breast fibroadenoma far from mammary areola. Methods One hundred cases of patients with breast fibroadenoma admitted in the department of breast surgery in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010 were randomly divided into two groups, the areola margin incision surgical group and the radiate incision surgical group, 50 cases in each group. After the surgery, com- pared the adverse reactions,complications, patients＂ satisfaction and scar size of the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions of the areola margin incision surgical group was 2.08%, the complications was 0, and the rate of scar size that less than 0.2 cm was 76%, significantly lower than the radiate incision surgical group; after the surgery 3 months, patients satisfaction rate was 100%, significantly higher than the radiate incision surgical group. Conclusion The clinical effect of the areola margin incision in the treatment of breast fibroadenoma far from mammary areola is re- markable, and worthy of clinical promotion.
