摘要
某变电站1台110 kV油浸式电力变压器受到雷击发生三相短路故障,通过绝缘油色谱试验、各电压等级侧的各分接位置直流电阻和变压比试验等方法,初步判断变压器35kV侧绕组存在匝间短路故障。结合电气试验结果,将变压器返厂解体后分析,认为该变压器发生故障的原因是在其绕组制作过程中未使用半硬导线,抗短路能力不足,遭受雷击后,直接导致绕组内部发生匝间短路故障。对此,从变压器的选厂选型、监督制造、变电站防雷等方面提出了防范对策。
A 110 kV oil-immersed power transformer in some transformer substation sustained three-phase short circuit fault by lightning, through the insulating oil chromatographic test and othor test, the author made the preliminary judgement of inter-turn short circuit fault existed on 35 kV side winding. Combining with the electrical test results, the analysis of transformer after the collapse, the transformer fault reason is that semi-hard wire unused in the winding process, anti-short circuit ability is insufficient. Therefore, the author put forward the preventive countermeasures from the transformer plant selection, supervision, substation lightning, etc.
