摘要
针对工程车辆CAN总线出现的物理层、数据链路层及应用层等多层面的故障,采用多层次处理的方法,对常见的工程车辆总线系统故障分别从芯片级、节点级及系统级进行故障处理,用CANoe仿真测试软件进行了仿真测试,测试结果表明:多层次处理策略有效地降低了总线系统的丢包率与错误率,提高了报文周期的准确性、总线负载的稳定性以及总线系统的可靠性。
According to multi-layer fault such as physical layer, data link layer and application layer, methods of multi-layer treatments was adopted, fault treatment for CAN bus system of construction vehicle was taken from the chip layer, the node layer and the system layer, simulation test was taken by using the test software of CANoe. The results showed that the packet loss rate and error rate were reduced effectively, the accuracy of the message cycle, the stability of the bus loading and the reliability of the bus system were improved.
