摘要
介绍了一种应用于镗深孔专用机床上的上下料工业机械手。根据工作过程的控制要求,分析了系统的组成和工作原理,设计了机械手的PLC控制系统。该机械手系统结构简单,运行平稳,精度满足工作要求。
An industrial manipulator used in boring deep hole special machine tool for auto transmitting are introduced.Based on the working process control requirements,the construction of system and principle are analyzed in detail. The PLC control system of the manipulator were designed. The manipulator system structure is simple, the operation is stable, the precision satisfies the work requirements.
