摘要
提出了一种新型磁流变联轴器方案,并运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,研究了结构参数对传递转矩的影响规律,分析了主、从动转子偏心对工作间隙内磁感应强度的影响。通过分析发现,在一定范围内足可以忽略此影响,仍可认为工作间隙内磁感应强度是周期均匀分布的。
This paper studies influence rule of transfer torque on structure parameters of magneto- rheological coupling by using ANSYS, and analyzes influence of the magnetic flux density on the active rotor and the driven rotor eccentric in the working gap. Through the analysis,it found that this influence can be ignored within a certain range,and still be considered that the magnetic flux density in the working gap is periodic uniform distribution.
