摘要
详述了我国东北、西北、西藏等严寒地区在低温环境中进行骨料准备、混凝土运输、混凝土浇筑、混凝土养护时采取的具体施工措施,介绍了前苏联和北美一些国家的大体积混凝土冬季施工方法。工程实践表明,合理选择温控标准,严格控制热量损失,使用暖棚法与综合蓄热法相结合的浇筑方法,采用新型材料加强混凝土表面养护等施工措施可以使在低温环境中施工的混凝土较好地发育,保证施工质量达到设计标准。
Specific construction measures in low temperature for water conservancy and hydropower projects in the cold regions of Northeast China, Northwest China and China' s Tibet are introduced, such as aggregate preparation, concrete transportation, concrete pouring and concrete curing. The winter construction methods for mass concrete in the former Soviet Union and some countries in North America are also involved. The engineering practices show that the following construction measures can make the concrete in low temperature satisfactorily grow and the construction quality achieves the design criteria: rational selection of temperature control standards, severe restriction of heat loss, combined grouting procedures of tent heating method and comprehensive thermos method, and utilization of new materials to strengthen the surface curing of concrete.
