摘要
目的:探究B超对胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔患者的诊断价值。方法:收集2011年5月至2012年10在辽宁省人民医院就诊的胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔的56例患者的资料,同时用B超和X线进行检查,手术探查并确诊治疗,分析B超诊断的准确率。结果:经手术探查确诊,用X线进行检查的准确率约为71.43%,而用B超进行检查的准确率约为96.43%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胃十二指肠溃疡患者用B超进行检查时的所得检测结果的准确率更高,而且能够对患者的病变部位进行准确定位,对患者的治疗具有积极的指导意义,优势十分明显,可以在临床检测中进行推广,而将传统的X线检测方法作为辅助手段来进一步提高检测的准确率。
Objective： To explore the diagnostic value of B-mode ultrasonography in acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer. Method： Between May 2011 and October 2012, patients with acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer registered to Liaoning Provincial People＇ s Hospital were included in this study. All these patients underwent B-mode ultrasonography （BUS） and X-ray examination before a confirmed diagnosis was made based on subsequent exploratory surgery. The consistency between BUS and confirmed diagnosis was analyzed. Results： The accuracy of X-ray examination was 71.43% vs 96.43% by BUS in diagnosing the condition, with a significant difference between the two investigations （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Couelusion： The use of B-mode ultrasonography yields higher accuracy in diagnosing gastroduodenal ulcer, and also provides accurate localization of the lesion. These advantages can help guiding the treatment, and therefore justify the widespread use of BUS in acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer. On the other hand, the conventional X-ray examination as an auxiliary investigation can be used to improve the detection accuracy.
