The Application of Sequential Test Technology to Modulation Classification of Signals

摘要 理论决策法中的固定数据长度方法广泛用于通信信号识别中,文章使用可变长度的序列检测方法来代替它进行调制方式识别。序列检测方法通过设定适当的判决门限在较低信噪比下能达到所需的识别性能。文章仿真表明,在信噪比为4dB时,通过设置合适门限可以使每种调制方式的识别率达到98%左右。与同类的文献[2]对比,文章算法所需要的数据数目更少。 In this paper the fixed-sample-size test is replaced by sequential test to conduct modulation recognition. By selecting an appropriate threshold, desired recognition performance can be obtained with sequential test at a low SNR. Simu- lation in the paper indicates recognition rate can reach 98% at SNR = 4dB under an appropriate threshold. Compared with literature[ 5 ] , the number of data needed is smaller in the algorithm of this paper.
