摘要
目的探讨参附总多糖对慢性心力衰竭模型大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法腹主动脉结扎法复制慢性心力衰竭大鼠模型,随机分成参附总多糖高、中、低剂量组,并设模型组和假手术组作为对照,共5组,每组10只。按试剂盒说明书方法检测慢性心力衰竭模型大鼠以参附总多糖治疗后血浆和心肌组织中的超氧化歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果与对照组比较,模型组大鼠高剂量组的SOD值明显降低,MDA值明显升高,均具有极显著的意义(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,参附总多糖能明显升高SOD值,降低MDA值,差异有统计学意义,而且呈现一定的量效关系。结论参附总多糖对慢性心力衰竭大鼠具有较好的抗氧化,清除氧自由基的作用。
Objective To explore the antioxidant activity of Shenfu polysaccharide on chronic heart failure modeling mice. Methods The chronic heart failure model mice was established with abdominal aortic coaretation method. Mice were randomly divided into control group, chronic heart failure model group, sham group and Shenfu polysaccharide treatment group with high/medium/low dosage. The superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in plasma and myocardial tissue were detected. Results Compared with control group, the SOD was significantly in creased in the model rats (P 〈 0.01 ), while the MDA level was significantly deceased (P 〈 0.01 ). After treatment with Shenfu polysaccharide, the MDA in plasma and myocardial tissue were significantly decreased compared with the model group. But the activity of SOD were significantly increased. Conclusion Shenfu polysaccharide possess the reli- able function of eliminating free radicals in chronic heart failure model mice' s plasma and myocardial tissue.
