摘要
目的加强医学科研院校博士后的科学管理,不断完善博士后相关制度。方法从笔者单位博士后科研流动站的实际情况出发,分析博士后发展中现存的一些问题。结果针对博士后管理工作中存在的问题,结合近年工作中的实践,提出了相应的完善措施、策略和建议。结论不断完善博士后相关制度,建立一支以博士后为主体的科研队伍,是人才强校战略的基本环节。
Objective To strengthen the scientific management of post-doctoral fellowship in medical research institutions, and improve the post-doctoral system constantly. Methods Based on the actual situation of the unit post-doctoral research station, analyzes some problems existing in the development of the post-doctoral management. Results According to the existing problems in the management of post-doctoral work,combined with the practice in recent work, puts forward improving measures,tactics and suggestions. Conclusion Improving post-doctoral system,establishment of a main research team with the post-doctoral fellowship,is a basic part in strengthening university by talents.
