摘要
目的分析BiPAP呼吸机联合纳洛酮治疗COPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法取2009年1月～2011年12月前来我院就诊的COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者74例,将其随机分为两组,各37例,实验组患者采用BiPAP呼吸机联合纳洛酮治疗;对照组患者单纯采用BiPAP呼吸机给予通气治疗。结果实验组患者经过治疗后总有效率(91.9%)明显高于对照组患者(78.4%)。两组患者在通气前后心率、呼吸频率、血气分析指标改变与本组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者在通气后12h、48h时的心率、呼吸频率、血气分析改善情况显著优于对照组患者情况(P<0.05)。结论 BiPAP呼吸机联合纳洛酮治疗COPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭可以有效缓解患者病情,取得良好的临床效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of BiPAP ventilator combined with naloxone on COPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods 74 cases of COPD with typeⅡ respiratory failure patients who were admitted into our hospital from Jan. 2009 to Dec.2012 were selected and divided into two groups, each group 27 cases. The experimental group was treated with BiPAP ventilator combined with naloxone, while the control group was treated with BiPAP for ventilation only. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 91.9% and it was obviously higher than 78.4% of control group. The heart rate, respiratory rate, blood gas analysis of two groups before or after ventilation bad statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）, while experimental group, was superior to control group after 12 h, 48 h （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion BiPAP ventilator combined with naloxone can efficiently alleviate the COPD with type H respiratory failure patients＇ condition in order to achieve a good clinical effect.
