随着世界各地环境因素的持续变化,诸如工业污染、气候环境、道路石击、海洋性空气和特殊地区冬季道路防滑盐的使用等因素,都加速了对汽车的腐蚀。同时汽车保有量逐年增长,三包政策的出台,汽车的耐腐蚀能力已经成为车企之间进行产品差别化竞争的主要手段。本文依托长城汽车腐蚀与防护设计理念详细介绍了腐蚀与防护技术在汽车设计中的控制措施及成果。
: With the continuous changes of environment factors all over the world, such as industrial pollution, climate environment, road stone, marine air and the use of road skid salt in special area in winter, the corrosion on the car is accelerated. At the same time, with the increasing quantity of car year by year and the introduction of three packages policies , corrosion resistance ability of the automobile has become the main means of product differentiation competition for car enterprise.
