摘要
本实验采用3mmol/L CuSO4从人原尿液中沉淀出尿激酶,再使用氨水调节其pH值在9.0左右,以EDTA溶解沉淀,最后用体积分数为60%的乙醇分离纯化尿激酶,得到高纯度的尿激酶。尿激酶的回收率高达90%以上。整个工艺简单、经济、快速、稳定,值得在医药行业进行大规模的推广应用。
This study precipitated urokinase from the human urine with 3mmol/L of CuSO4, and then regulate the pH value about 6.0 with ammonia, dissolved the precipitation by EDTA, separating and purificating of urokinase with the ethanol of 60%, obtained a higher purity of urokinase. And UK recovery rate as high as 90%. The process simple, fast, stable and worth application.
