摘要
测试了人工合成 β -水芹烯对几种储粮害虫的毒性。用 β -水芹烯点滴法处理赤拟谷盗时 ,对幼虫和成虫的致死中量 (LD50 )分别为 0 .2 1 4 7和 0 .30 2 8μL/头。药剂拌粮生物测试表明 :(1 )剂量为 1 .1 9mg/g ,1 .78mg/g ,2 .6 7mg/g ,4.0 0mg/g和 6 .0 0mg/g时 ,对稻谷中麦蛾的抑制效果依次为 1 0 .0 9% ,2 7.1 3% ,5 2 .2 4% ,6 8.6 1 %和 95 .2 9%。 (2 )剂量为 4.0 0mg/g和 6 .0 0mg/g时 ,能杀死稻谷中全部玉米象成虫 ;剂量为 2 .6 7mg/g ,4.0 0mg/g和 6 .0 0mg/g时 ,F1代抑制效果为 1 0 0 %。 (3)剂量为 2 .6 7mg/g ,4.0 0mg/g和 6 .0 0mg/g时 ,能杀死大米中全部玉米象成虫 ;剂量为 1 .78mg/g ,2 .6 7mg/g ,4.0 0mg/g和 6 .0 0mg/g时 ,完全抑制了F1代繁殖。(4)剂量为 4.0 0mg/g和 6 .0 0mg/g时 ,分别杀死了面粉中 1 7.78%和 35 .5 6 %赤拟谷盗成虫 ;6 .0
The toxicities of the synthetic β-phellandrene to several stored grain insects were tested. With a single topical application of β-phellandrene, the LD 50 values of contact poisoning to larvae and adults of the red four beetle, Tribolium ferrugindum were 0.2147μL/body and 0.308μL/body, respectively. The bioassays of the grains incorporated with the β-phellandrene showed:(1)the inhibition rates in F 1 generation of Sitotroga cerealella of 1.19mg/g,1.78mg/g,2.67mg/g,4.00mg/g and 6.00mg/g of β-phellandrene incorporated with rice grains were 10.09%, 27.13%, 52.24%, 68.61% and 95.29%, respectively. (2)4.00mg/g and 6.00mg/g of β-phellandrene incorporated with rice grains killed all adults of Silobhilus zeamais, and 2.67mg/g, 4.00mg/g and 6.00mg/g of β-phellandrene completely inhibited F 1 generation. (3)2.67mg/g, 4.00mg/g and 6.00mg/g of β-phellandrene incorporated with long-shaped rice killed all the adults of S. zeamais, and 1.78mg/g, 2.67mg/g, 4.00mg/g and 6.00mg/g β-phellandrene resulted in 100% inhibition of F 1 generation. (4)4.00mg/g and 6.00mg/g of β-phellandrene incorporated with flour killed 17.78% and 35.56% adults of T. ferrugineum, and 6.00mg/g of β-phellandrene resulted in 100% inhibition of F 1 generation, respectively.
