摘要
农民收入持续增长与社会主义新农村建设有着密切的联系,农民收入持续增长是社会主义新农村建设的基本前提,而社会主义新农村建设则是农民收入持续增长的重要保障。当前,农民收入增长和新农村建设工作中面临着农业产业化水平低、农业发展缺乏后劲、农民科技文化素质低、农民增收机制不健全和新农村建设成效不显著等问题。通过探讨农民收入持续增长与社会主义新农村建设之间的内在联系和相互作用,提出要素扩张法、科技推动法、结构优化法、专业合作法、特色取胜法、产业提升法、功能调动法和机制完善法等若干对策与建议,以促进农民收入持续增长和社会主义新农村建设。
The growth of farmers＇ income and the construction of new socialist countryside are closely linked. The growth of farmers＇ income is the basic premise of the construction of new socialist countryside, and the con- struction of new countryside is an important guarantee of the sustainable growth of farmer＇s income. Currently, the growth of farmers＇ income and the construction of new countryside is faced with some problems, such as agricul- tural industrialization level is low, the new rural construction lags behind, agriculture throws inadequacy, lack of ru- ral economics development aftereffect, farmers＇ scientific and cultural quality is low, long-term income-increasing mechanism is not perfect, the main body position of the farmers is not outstanding, new rural construction effect is not significant. Through discussing the relationship between the sustainable growth of farmers＇ income and the con- struction of new socialist countryside, the article put forward countermeasures and of elements expansion, technology enhancement, structure optimizing, specialized teristcs, industry promotion, function mobilization and mechanism perfecting. the suggestions, such as methods cooperation, winning by charac-
