综述了与杆状病毒DNA复制相关基因的研究进展 .杆状病毒表达系统是最重要的四大基因工程表达系统之一 ,杆状病毒还具有作为生物杀虫剂的潜能 .
Baculovirus expression system(BES) is one of the most important expression systems. Baculovirus also has potential ability as pesticide. DNA replication is the central step in its life cycle. Recent advances of the genes related to DNA replication were discussed.
