计算机辅助设计骨替代材料在骨创伤修复中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究计算机辅助设计骨替代材料在骨科创伤修复中的临床应用效果。方法采用骨替代材料,利用计算机辅助设计制造出个性化的骨骼替代品,选取我院创伤骨科76例创伤患者进行不同程度的修复手术,并随访观察2 a以上。结果术后发生骨关节轻度塌陷2例,皮下积液3例,骨替代材料被吸收1例,局部发热2例,其余术后治疗效果满意,均无排异和感染现象。结论采用骨替代材料,术前应用计算机辅助设计出具有良好匹配性的骨骼材料,植入到创伤修复部位,不仅术中创伤小、节省时间,而且随访表现出人工骨材料相容性较好,安全性高,应用于创伤修复手术疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。 Objective It is to study the clinical application effect of designing bone substitute materials with computer aid in orthopedic trauma repair.Methods 76 patients with different orthopedic trauma injuries in the department of orthopedics in our hospital were selected and treated with bone repair surgeries by individualized bone substitute products which was designed and producted by using bone substitute materials with aid computer,and they were followed up for more than two years after their surgeries.Results There were 2 cases of mild postoperative collapse in bone joints,3 cases of subcutaneous effusion,1 case with bone substitute materials absorbed,2 cases with fever in certain body area.The rest ones' effects were satisfactory with no rejection and infection.Conclusion Designing bone substitute materials with good matching with computer aid in orthopedic trauma repair not only have smaller operation area and shorter surgery time,but also have high safety and good compatibility after surgeries.As effective way of repairing bone trauma in surgeries,it has bright future in clinical application.
