血清HCY及尿NAG、β2-MG、mALB对糖尿病肾病的应用价值 被引量:12

摘要 糖尿病(DM)是一组以慢性血糖水平增高为特征的代谢性疾病,糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病微血管并发症之一,是糖尿病患者的重要死亡原因。近年来国外研究表明糖尿病大血管病变和微血管病变的发生也与高HCY血症有关[1]。为此我们对糖尿病肾病患者的血清HCY进行测定,并探讨HCY与糖尿病肾病的关系,同时检测糖尿病肾病患者尿NAG、β2-MG、mALB浓度,本文就HCY与其他三项指标相关性做了研究,现报道如下。
