摘要
林砺儒与陶行知由于生活经历、理想兴趣和知识结构等不同,两人在发展师范教育的理论依据以及教育的目标、内容与评价标准等方面存在明显的差异。然而,两人所处同时代的特点和建设师范教育的共同使命也使他们在课程设置上都重视师范性和开放性,善于继承、借鉴和创新教学方法,注重学习全过程的严格考核。比较两人师范教育思想的异同,能给当今教师教育改革带来重要启示。
Due to their differences in life experiences,ideal, interest and knowledge structure, apparently different are Lin Liru and Tao Xinegzhi's theory basis for development of normal education, their education targets, contents, and standards of evaluation. However, as they both lived in the same age and shared the same mission to construct normal education, they both attached great importance to the normal characteristics and openness in curriculum, inheritance and innovation of teaching method, and paid attention to the strict ap-praisal of the whole learning process. Comparison of the similarities and differences between their normal education thoughts can bring important enlightenment to today's education reform.
