摘要
闽浙皖赣革命根据地是全国六大根据地之一,是土地革命时期极其富庶的根据地。在方志敏领导下,根据地制定并执行了一系列正确的经济政策:制定的土地政策,使根据地的农民、富农、地主都获得土地,并确立了农民的土地所有制;制定金融政策,发行货币并确保了币值稳定,率先发行红色股票稳定金融市场;制定税收政策,超低的税率调节了市场货物供需,稳定了物价;制定的贸易政策,保护了贸易自由,沟通了苏区与白区的贸易,保障了根据地人民生活需求。这些经济政策最终赢得人民对革命的大力支持,为闽浙皖赣苏区的建设和中央苏区的发展提供了物质基础,为中国革命做出了杰出贡献。
The revolutionary base of Minzhewangan area was one of the six bases of the whole country, and it was a very rich base during the period of Agrarian Revolution. Led by FANG Zhi - min, the base established and carried out a series of correct economi- cal policies： （ 1 ） agrarian policies, which enabled everyone, including peasants, rich peasants and landlords, to own land, and es- tablished the peasants＇ land ownership; （2） ! financial policies, which promoted the issue of currency and ensured the stability d currency value, and stabilized the financial market by issuing red stocks; （3） revenue policies, with a super- low tax rate to regu- late the supply and need of market commodities and to stabilize commodity prices; （4） trade policies, which protected free trades, linked up the trades between soviet areas and white areas, and ensured people＇s life demands in the base. All these policies helped win people＇s support for the revolution, and provide materials for the construction of Minzhewangan＇ s soviet areas and the develop- ment of the Central Soviet Area, and thus made great contributions to China＇s revolution.
