摘要
以珍汕 97A为材料 ,通过不同剂量的 6 0 Co- γ射线和 Na N3药剂对珍汕 97A进行复合处理 ,分析研究它们的诱变效应。结果表明 ,随着辐射剂量的增加 ,M1群体中的育性恢复突变率有所下降 ;而分离出不育株的 M2 株系占育性恢复突变 M1株系的比例逐渐增加 ;与珍汕97A相比 ,M2 分离出的不育株有的仅发生农艺性状的变异 ,有的则在不育性的表达和农艺性状上均发生变异 ;与珍汕 97B相比 ,育性恢复的 M2 群体部分农艺性状发生了多种变异 ,并在M2 群体中出现了无花粉型不育株及弯秆突变体。此外 ,还讨论了诱变技术对不育系的改良与创新的有关问题。
To study mutagenic effects of CMS of rice,Zhenshan 97A exposed to 60 Co γ rays in doses ranging from 150Gy to 300 Gy were treated with Sodium Azide (SA) in concentration of 2.0 mmol/L.It was showed that with increasing dose of γ irradiation,the rate of male revertants in M 2 progeny was reduced and the rate of M 2 lines that could isolated male sterile individuality from the male fertile revertants was increased;compared to the Zhenshan 97A,some individuality of the derived male sterile plants were changed only in agronomic character while the others were different from the Zhenshan 97A in both sterile gene express and agronomic character;Compared to the maintainer Zhenshan 97B,the partial agronomic character in M 2 progeny also changed in some extent,concurrently,non pollen male sterile individuality and bending stem mutants emerged from M 2 progeny.In adition,this paper stresses on the questions related to the improvement and achievement male sterile line by means of induced mutation.
