摘要
为了对实际控制系统进行模拟实验研究以验证其性能,通过结合半实物仿真和虚拟实验室技术开发网络虚拟实验系统,构建网络远程实验环境,开发接近于真实工业现场的实验平台,阐述了实验平台系统软硬件体系结构和实现功能,并重点解决了在半实物仿真系统组建过程中各物理组件之间的接口联接和数据传递;以某熔融石英炉控制为例,针对熔融石英炉的控制模型及神经网络控制算法,开发了网络虚拟熔融石英炉实验室系统,验证虚拟实验室和半实物仿真技术的协同与融合。
In order to study the experimental platform and verify its performance and meet the industrial application and development re quirement through the computer network , which is closer to the actual industrial field , we built the network of remote experiment environ ment and developed the network virtual experiment'system through the Hardwareintheloop Simulation and virtual laboratory technolo gy. This paper describes the hardware and software structure and the function of the experimental platform system, and further focuses on the solution of interfaces and data transfer between physical components during building the system. To fused quartz furnace for example, the network virtual experiment system verified the collaboration and integration between hardwareintheloop simulation and virtual labora tory technology, according to its control model and neural network control algorithm.
