弧形圆管冷弯成形工艺的有限元模拟 被引量:3

Finite element simulation of cold forming process of arch circular pipe

摘要 弧形构件经历冷弯成形获得设计所需的曲线形状,冷弯成形工艺所产生的残余应力以及材性的改变受到普遍关注。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS研究弧形圆管的典型冷弯成形工艺,实现冷弯成形过程的有限元模拟,并研究成形荷载与构件塑性变形和回弹量之间的关系,分析成形后残余应力及应变的分布规律,以及校核成形后构件的椭圆度。分析结果表明:弧形圆管的冷弯回弹对构件成形精度影响明显;冷弯成形会导致构件内部产生明显的残余应力与应变,且残余应力水平很高;冷弯成形引起圆管椭圆度变化较小。 Arch components obtain their desired configuration by cold bending,and much attention is focused on such cold forming process due to residual stress and the alteration of material property arose in forming process.A typical forming process of arch circular pipe was investigated by FEA software ANSYS,so as to provide an approach to simulate real cold forming process.The relationship between the plastic deformation and the forming load,and elastic springing and the forming load were investigated,and it can be used to disclose the distribution pattern of residual stress and strain,and to check the final ovality of circular pipe after forming.The results demonstrate that elastic springing of cold forming has obvious effect on the precision of cold forming of curved pipe.Additionally,the residual stress and strain occur considerably in the component on account of the cold forming process,and the residual stress is in high level.Moreover,the transformation of the ovality,owing to the cold forming,is within small amplitude.
