摘要
普沙渡槽是云南省牛栏江-滇池补水工程的标志性建筑之一。渡槽采用双向预应力结构,结构复杂、钢筋密集、壁厚小、施工难度大。根据普沙渡槽的关键技术要求,对模板设计及安装、混凝土配合比、混凝土浇筑工艺、钢筋布置、预应力施工等方面进行了专门的设计。渡槽施工完成后,外观质量达到清水混凝土的水平,混凝土强度满足设计要求。
Pusha aqueduct is one of the landmark buildings of Niulan River - Dianchi Lake Water Supplement Project in Yun- nan Province. The aqueduct is a two - way prestressed structure characterized with complicated structure, dense reinforced bar distribution, small wall thickness and difficult construction. According to the key technical demands of the aqueduct, the form- work design and installation, concrete mix ratio, concrete grouting technology, prestressed construction were specially designed. After completion of the aqueduct construction, the concrete appearance quality reached the level of fair - faced concrete and the concrete strength met the design demand.
