摘要
泵送长有压引水系统是调水工程的核心部分,也是设计中的难点问题。对干河泵站复杂引水系统各种控制工况下水力过渡过程进行计算研究,得到了机组的最大倒转转速、机组所需的最小转动惯量值。优化了水泵出口阀的关闭规律并确定了机组开机时间间隔。计算出了需设调压井的最小尺寸,调压井最高、最低涌浪水位。选定了引水系统沿线的最大、最小水锤压力值。各项计算结果和参数均满足规范要求,为引水系统布置、机组参数选取等提供了关键技术参数。
The long distance pressure water diversion by pump is the core of a water diversion project and a difficult point in design. The hydraulic transient process of complicated water diversion system of Ganhe Pumping Station under different operation conditions are calculated and the maximum inverted rotation speed and minimum rotational inertia of the units are obtained. The closing law of pump outlet valve is optimized and the time interval of the opening of the units is determined. The minimum size for surge shaft and the highest and lowest surge levels are calculated. The maximum and minimum water hammer pressure along the water diversion system is selected. All the calculation results and parameters meet the design standard, which provides key tech- nical reference for diversion system layout, parameters selection.
