摘要
以目前国际主要采用的湿法炼锌为对象,从多角度对锌电积电耗进行分析、探讨。提出了电积液的纯度要求,对不同电流密度下的工艺参数进行优化,分析了系统电能损耗和新液底流对电积电耗的影响并提出降低系统电能损耗的办法及增加降低系统电能损耗装置和新液底流的必要性,分析了不同添加剂对电积电耗的影响并提出正确的加入方法。
Take the International hydrometallurgy as the object, zinc electrowinning power consumption is analyzed and discussed from multi - angle in this article. The purity requirements to electrical effusion is raised and the process parameters for different current densities are optimized, the effect of system power loss and liquid underflow to electrowinning power consumption is analyzed and the ways to reduce system power loss and add the devices which to reduce system power loss and the necessary of new liquid underflow are analyzed and proposed. The effects of different additives to electrowinning power consumption are analyzed and the right adding methods are proposed in this article.
