摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将128例2型糖尿病患者为按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各64例。对照组给予二甲双胍片,每日3次,每次1片;格列吡嗪,每日3次,每次1片。试验组在对照组治疗的基础上,给予中药降糖1号治疗,3次.d-1,每次1袋。比较两组患者血糖控制情况、住院时间及住院费用等。结果:两组患者出院时血糖控制情况、住院费用及住院时间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病临床效果明显。
Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods：128 cases with type 2 diabetes were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,64 cases in each group.The control group was given Metformin,3 times daily,1 tablet each time;Glipizide,3 times daily,1 tablet each time.The experimental group was given Chinese medicine hypoglycemic 1 based on the control group,3 times a day,1 bag once.Compare the blood sugar control of two groups,hospitalization days and cost,etc.Results：Compared the blood sugar control of two groups,hospitalization days and cost,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes has obvious clinical effect.
