摘要
目的:观察中西医结合法治疗单纯性腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:56例单纯性腰椎压缩性骨折患者采用胸腰椎纵向牵引法,并结合骶管药物注射、功能疗法、中药内服、中药外敷等方法进行治疗。结果:经过1个月的治疗后,疗效显著43例,良好11例,无效2例,有效率为96.4%。随访6个月,治愈患者均可正常活动,唯有3例劳累后出现轻微的腰背酸痛。结论:中西医结合治疗单纯性腰椎压缩性骨折疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of retinitis simplex lumbar vertebral compression fractures.Methods：Randomly choose 56 cases of our hospital patients with retinitis simplex lumbar vertebral compression fractures.Give thoracolumbar longitudinal traction method combined with sacral canal injection,functional therapy,Chinese medicine internal and external.Results：After 1 month of therapy,the curative effect of remarkableness has 43 cases,well in 11 cases,ineffective in 2 cases.The effective rate was 96.4%.Cured patients all can normal activite,only 3 cases had slight waist back pain followed up for 6 months.Conclusion：Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of retinitis simplex lumbar vertebral compression fractu res has obvious therapeutic effect.
