摘要
报道了L 乳酸菌株的分离与筛选 ,探讨了不同碳源、氮源、通气量、温度等发酵条件对产L 乳酸的影响。从 78株米根霉中筛选出 1 3株产L 乳酸较高的菌株 ,其中米根霉 (Rhizopusoryzae)Rs92 8产L 乳酸最高 ,产酸最稳定。试验结果表明 ,该菌株最适发酵培养基组成 ( % ) :淀粉水解糖 1 6 ,MgSO40 .0 8,KH2 PO40 .0 5 ,ZnSO40 .0 1 ,CaCO37,pH自然。在 6 0t发酵罐中 ,当总糖平均浓度为 1 74g/L时 ,5罐平均产L 乳酸 1 40 g/L ,对糖转化率 80 .4% ,发酵周期 6 1h ,L 乳酸纯度 97.9%。
The L?lactic acid production was carried out by the strain Rs928 of Rhizopus oryzae and its fermentation conditions in 60 m 3 fermentor were invesgated. The medium contained (%): glucose 16, MgSO 4 0.08, KH 2PO 4 0.05,ZnSO 4 0.01,CaCO 3 7, Urea 0.2. The results were as follows:the yield of L?lactic acid was 140 g/L;the fermentation period was 61 h;the conversion rate was 80.4% and the purity of L?lactic acid was 97.9%.
