右美托咪定围麻醉期临床应用研究进展 被引量：14

摘要 右美托咪定（dexmedetomidine，DEX）是一种强效、高选择性的a2肾上腺素受体（a2-adrenoreceptor，a2AR）激动剂，它可产生独特的镇静作用（可唤醒），同时具有镇痛、抗交感、遗忘、器官保护的作用，且不引起呼吸抑制。由于其独特的药理学特点而广泛运用于重症监护室（intensive care unit，ICU）及临床麻醉。本文对DEX在围麻醉期的临床应用研究进展作一综述。
