摘要
本文针对水性聚酯树脂的特点,对水性聚酯合成原料选择及各原料对聚酯树脂性能的影响进行了分析,确定了作为涂料成膜材料水性聚酯原料——多元酸和多元醇选择与配伍的基本依据和原则,论述了羧基型水性聚酯、磺酸盐型水性聚酯的合成方法及聚酯树脂水性化各种方法的特点,对水性聚酯的开发与应用前景作了展望。
According to package characteristics of waterborne polyester resin, the selection of raw materials and the influence of the materials on the properties of product were analysised, the basic foundation and principle that polybasie acid and polyhydric alcohol as raw materials of coating film material waterborne polyester were selected and combined was confirmed, the methods of carboxyl type waterborne polyester, sulfonate type waterborne polyester synthesis and preparation of waterborne polyester resin were reviewed, and the exploitation and application prospect of waterborne polyesters were presented.
