摘要
本实验采用光学纯度的乳酸甲酯为起始原料,二氯亚砜为卤置换试剂在吡啶的条件制备目标化合物R-2-氯丙酸甲酯,并通过对反应条件进行较详细的考察,确定目标化合物的最佳合成工艺条件。
In this experiment,the optical purity of methyl lactate was used as starting material and thionyl chloride was used as the halogen exchange reagents.The target compound methyl R-2-chloropropionate was prepared with the treatment of the start material and pyridine.The reaction conditions was researched in detail and the optimum synthesize technologicao conditions was detimined.
