摘要
课程改革需要校长从管理走向领导,校长作为校务的最高领导者,必须思考领导者自身的角色,承担起课程领导责任,并对校长角色认知缺失的原因进行分析。
Curriculum reform needs the headmaster to change the role of managing to lead- ing. The headmaster,as the head of the staff,has to consider his own role and take on the lead- ing role. The inadequate knowledge of the importance of the role of the headmaster is analyzed in this paper.
