摘要
目前儿童用药状况不容乐观。儿童专用药品的品种少、适宜的剂型、规格缺乏;儿科临床用药信息缺乏;儿童药物临床试验困难、药物不良反应发生率高。为进一步了解我国儿童目前用药现状,分别对我国儿童药品情况和适宜儿童药品的剂型、规格进行调查,分析儿童用药存在的问题,以供参考。
The current situation of children medication is not optimistic. There is less varieties of medicines or dosage forms specified for children and the information of pediatrics clinical medication is deficient. It is difficult to carry out the clinical trials of new drugs to be used in children and the occurrence rate of adverse drug reactions is high. In order to further understand the current situation of children medication in China so as to provide a reference, it is necessary to investigate the situation of medicine application in children, the dosage forms and specifications of drugs appropriate for children, and to analyze the existing problems in children medication.
