手法复位克氏针联合外固定架治疗儿童胫骨远端三平面骨折 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨手法复位克氏针联合外固定架治疗儿童胫骨远端三平面骨折的效果。方法闭合性胫骨远端三平面骨折患儿19例,急诊手法复位后应用克氏针联合外固定架固定,术后随访1a,按照Weber评估标准评定治疗效果。结果本组疗效优12例,良7例;无畸形、行走疼痛、活动受限及骨骺过早闭合等并发症发生;其中1例出现钉孔感染,骨折痊愈拔除克氏针后感染完全控制。结论手法复位克氏针联合外固定治疗儿童胫骨远端三平面骨折手术操作方便、并发症少。
