时效温度对ZL101A合金组织与性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 研究了ZL101A铸造铝合金添加1wt%Al-5Ti-1B中间合金后其时效温度对合金组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,Al-5Ti-1B中间合金有较好的晶粒细化效果,添加细化剂的合金经固溶处理和不同温度时效后其抗拉强度、硬度和伸长率有相似的同向变化规律;较好的合金时效制度是190℃×11h,其抗拉强度、硬度和伸长率分别大于325MPa、110 HBS和5%;对采用以ZL101A合金作为电力金具材料并提高其强韧性提供科学依据。 The effects of ageing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical property of ZL101A casting alloy added lwt% A15TilB master alloy were studied. The results show that A15TilB master alloy exhibit a good grain refining ability for ZL101A alloy, it makes the tensile strength (δb), hardness (HBS) and elongation (8) of adding grain refiner alloy to have a similar change pattern after solution treatment and different ageing temperatures. A better parameter of ageing is 190 C/1 l h and δb HBS and δ of the alloy exceed 325 MPa, 110 HBS and 5% in the value respectively, which can provide some scientific basis for using ZL101A casting alloy to make the fittings and so incresing its strength and toughness.
