摘要
采用双阴极等离子溅射沉积方法对金刚石颗粒表面进行镀铬处理。利用SEM、XRD对镀铬金刚石颗粒进行物相分析,使用金刚石单颗粒静压强度测定仪和人造金刚石冲击强度测定仪对金刚石进行力学性能测定。检测镀覆前后金属烧结体力学性能,并对比金刚石锯片刀头中的实际破坏形态及出刃高度的变化。结果表明,金刚石在镀层的保护下,单颗粒的力学性能得到提高。镀层实现了与基体的结合,金刚石工具的性能和寿命得到了提高。
The surface Cr coating was prepared by using double-cathode plasma sputter deposition method. The surface morphology of the Cr-coated was analyzed by SEM and XRD. The static pressure strength and the impact toughness of the diamond were detected by the static pressure strength tester and the synthetic diamond impact strength tester. The mechanical properties of the metal sintered bodies before and after coating were tested, then the wear stage and height of protrusion in practical tool of Cr-coated diamond with the uncoated diamond were compared. The results show that under the protection of the coating, the static pressure strength and thermal stability of the diamond can be improved. With the metallurgy bonding between the diamond and the tool matrix, the properties and worklife of the diamond tools are improved.
