摘要
目的研究自制水蛭通络方在脑卒中治疗中促进血肿吸收的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2010年9月至2012年8月我院收治的行脑卒中血肿吸收治疗的患者126例,按照随机方式分为治疗组和对照组,每组63例。两组均进行清开灵注射液基础性治疗,在此基础上治疗组采用自制水蛭通络方进行治疗,比较两组在脑卒中治疗中促进血肿吸收的效果。结果治疗组与对照组患者的血肿体积改善情况在第14天和第21天有差异;治疗组治疗后基本痊愈6例(9.52%),有效46例(73.01%),无效11例(17.47%),对照组基本痊愈0例,有效15例(23.81%),无效48例(74.19%),治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自制水蛭通络方在脑卒中治疗中能促进血肿吸收,临床效果明显。
Objective To observe the effect of homemade leech removing party on promoting hematoma ab-sorption during cerebral apoplexy treatment. Methods 126 cases of patients with stroke hematoma absorption treatment at our hospital from September 2010 to August 2012 were chosen and divided into treatment group and control group randomly ,63 cases in each group. Both groups were given Qingkailing injection as basic treatment and treatment group added homemade leech removing party, to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The patients＇ he-motoma volumes of the two groups had obvious difference at the fourteenth and the twenty-first day after treatment;the basic recovery number of the treatment group was 6（9. 52% ） ,effective number was 46（73.01% ） ,invalid number was 11 （ 17. 47 % ）, which were 0,15 （ 23.81% ） ,48 （ 74. 19 % ） respectively of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group. Conclusion Homemade leech removing party has certain effect on promoting hematoma absorption in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy.
